Scope
A 4 story limited service resort hotel with 125 rooms across the street from Larry Ellison’s Indian Wells Tennis Garden and the home of the BNP Paribus Tennis Tournament.

Participation
Together with Dick Oliphant and Dennis French, Genesis was part of the development and ownership group and its principal hospitality and development consultant responsible for:

• Creating a brand competition
• Prepare all financials and proforma
• Negotiating the Hilton Franchise and hotel manage agreement
• Coordinating pre-development for hotel, adjacent condominium units.
