Scope
A 12 story resort and conference hotel with 350 rooms. Proposed as part of a mixed-use development with Fairmont Residences and conference center.

Participation
Genesis was the principal hospitality and development consultant responsible:

• Creating a brand competition
• Prepare all financials and proforma
• Negotiating the Fairmont hotel management agreement
• Coordinating pre-development for hotel, condominium and Fairmont Residences.
