William J. Penhart

As the Vice President of USA Operations, Mr. Penhart brings to the company over thirty years of proven real estate development experience in finance, marketing and sales. Before joining Genesis, he was an active developer in Huntington Beach, California, in the Downtown area and completed several equity syndications. His prior experience, includes being the senior member of the development and marketing team in Hawaii and California for Haseko, one of Japan's largest residential developers. His other credits while with Haseko included successful conversions of apartment buildings to condominiums, structuring and wholesaling of public and private limited partnerships and being Haseko's principal broker in its Los Angeles office.

His project management skills were projects in Hawaii and California. He is a registered professional electrical engineer. Mr. Penhart prides himself with creating innovative solutions to complex problems and making it look simple. He utilizes his previous experiences in generating practical solutions and strengths in marketing, finance and project management to create and complete on time and on budget, commercially successful projects for his clients.
