Part of the acquisition team and ownership group for the purchase of the largest golf resort in Western Canada with a Westin Hotel, two championship Jack Nicklaus golf courses and entitlements for more than 2,000 additional units.

Part of ownership group and assisted in all phases of the negotiation to acquire the resort from HSBC and responsible for all financial analyses and proforma.
